You agree to provide accurate payment information.
We are not responsible for errors made through third-party payment platforms.

4. Pickup & Delivery

• Orders are available within Ohio only

• Delivery or pickup details will be communicated at time of order

Once an order is delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to you.

5. Refund Policy

• More than 72 hours notice before order date: Partial refund may be issued

• Less than 72 hours notice: No refunds

• Custom or perishable items: Non-refundable once prepared

We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility at our discretion.

6. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

Our products are made in a kitchen that may handle:

We do not guarantee allergen-free products.
